Women'sNet assists organisations in the gender sector to use technologies to work together - increasing their awareness of, and strategic use of communication and networking tools. We do this though training, advice, and awareness raising. For example we participate in the 16 Days of Activism on Violence Against Women by hosting a calendar of events that enables individuals to support the campaign. We also provide listservs for various initiatives, including the1 in 9 Campaign and the Reproductive Rights Alliance. We provide training and advice for organisations who want to increase traffic to their websites and to reach more people by using social networking tools and mobile phones.
