Abstract: 
For more than a decade, South Africans have been advocating a reform of the country's laws on sexual offences. South Africa has one of the highest levels of reported rape in the world, and legislative reform was seen as an essential step towards shifting the understanding of rape and its treatment within the criminal justice system. Since 1996 the activism has focused on the South African Law Reform Commission's investigation into sexual offences, and the parliamentary process, which culminated at the end of 2007 in the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act.

 Oh god, if there is one country that need to reform those laws its south africa. My girlfriends sister lives there, and it can be pretty horrible. Just so much difference between the people in the country.

It`s a good book

My wife is from South Africa and she bought this book a couple of days ago. Her sister had to suffer a lot back home in Africa and now my wife gave this book to her sister.It`s a pity you can`t find Booklet Printing in South Africa to let more people know how people are struggling to bring justice in their country.

A rape law is definitely

A rape law is definitely something needed in any country but they should update this to the 21st century. I would recommend women to invest some time and money in a Criminal Check before they commit to any relationship just to be sure of what they are dealing with though.
