Dear Mr president

1 Apr 2009

I'm a young South African and i'm very much concerned about my country, a lot has happened in South Africa lately since we got democracy in our country. We saw some development since then because the are people who now live in houses, have water & electricity in their homes but still
this is not enough because majority of South Africans still live in shacks & mud houses.I ask my self who should I blame for this slow governing? The president, counsellors, mayors, or me because South Africa is also my country?

I have to blame someone. I put the blame on my consellor because she or he knows what our needs are as a community. The thing i see is every time someone becames a counsellor
suddently she or he builds a huge house & buys the  latest car & forgets who voted for them to become counsellor.

The other thing is that Mr Trevor Manuel always gives money for infrastructure each year he makes his budget speech; If I may ask does the money really get used for infrastructure or its used for personal purpose of that person who gets the money. This is a sign of corruption in our country.

Another issue I would like  to touch upon is the issue of  crime this is terrifying me because even some of our leaders  are criminals them selves who seem to get away with It because they are known & always their party would justify what they doing. The other thing Is that because Its time to vote every party leader is suddely nice & coming to our houses because they want our votes its very much funny that you only get visits from our party leaders after 5 years & I wonder why is that. Come on guys we know why you visiting "you want votes"
