Resource Development Coordinator

Habitat for Humanity International, a ecumenical Christian housing NGO building simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with people in need, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Resource Development Coordinator to be based in Pretoria.

 

Responsibilities

 

* Conduct systematic and ongoing prospecting activities to maintain an adequate pipeline of potential partnerships in the Africa and Middle East region

* Analyse and report corporate links to other Habitat for Humanity entities throughout global team

* Qualify prospects and design effective partnership programmes based upon knowledge of partner objectives and Habitat capabilities and practices

 

Requirements

 

* Not for profit / NGO experience in Africa and Middle East

* Applicable University Degree

* Three to five years applicable experience

* Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in French, Portuguese or Arabic is preferred

* Willingness to adhere to Habitat for Humanity's Christian principles
