Job Description:
Afesis-corplan, a NGO that contributes to community-driven development and good local governance in the Border-Kei (Amathole) region of the Eastern Cape since 1992, seeks to appoint a Project Coordinator: Capacity Building to be based in East London. The position requires some travel in the Eastern Cape.
Purpose of the job: Manage the implementation of the programme for the capacity building of community-based projects.
Requirements
* Candidate must be in possession of a degree or equivalent in Business and\or Organisational Development
* Minimum of three years experience in Organisational Development
* Facilitation, training and materials development skills
* Ability to write analytically and produce reports
* Project management experience
* Valid driver's licence essential
* Ability to communicate in isiXhosa
