Knowledge
* Understanding of craft development programmes
* Understanding basic design principles
* Understanding of or willingness to learn community liaison and local structures
* Understanding of or willingness to learn rural development
* Understanding of basic business skills
Skills
* Organisational and basic administration skills
* Product development skills
* Problem solving skills
* Communication skills
* Ability to transfer basic business skills to beneficiaries
Personal attributes
* Demonstrate an understanding of or willingness to learn community development
* Receptive to new ideas and suggestions
* Must be able to work under pressure
* Must be able to work both effectively in a team and on own
* Must show initiative and be a self-starter
Essential Requirements
* Appropriate qualification
* Relevant experience
* Computer literacy
* Driver's license
* Willing to travel
* Zulu and English speaking
