Legal Resources Centre: Junior Advocate
The Legal Resources Centre (LRC) seeks to appoint a Junior Advocate - Constitutional Litigation Unit (CLU), based in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Member of the bar with a minimum of one year post-admission experience
- Interest in constitutional or public interest litigation
- Proactive attitude, with enthusiasm for the LRC’s mission and vision
Recommendations:
- Postgraduate degree in law or a field relevant to the CLU’s practice
- Publication of articles on constitutional or public law issues
- Strong drafting skills
- The LRC is committed to transformation in the legal profession and believes that it is essential to widen the pool of young professionals exposed to constitutional litigation work.
