Gabriel & Associates, a growing strategy and communications consulting company, seeks to employ a dynamic and energetic communications practitioner to be based in Pretoria. The candidate will manage communication contracts in local government urban renewal projects.
Requirements
* Communications expertise
* Community mobilisation and/or adult education background
* Excellent writer
* Very computer literate
* Good event management
* Have project management and report writing skills
* Ability to manage publication production processes, train and oversee communications interns
* Drivers license and own car
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Be able to speak South Sotho or Zulu
* Be able to work flexible hours
* Understand community media and be committed to development issues
The position is for one year with an option to renew. Women are encouraged to apply.
Salary: R200k to R300k
