This is really a problem of a broken family. Probably these parents were not ready to have a family or not being taught at young age on how to be responsible.

This is in fact a sad truth we see anywhere in the world today, mostly in third world countries. In Africa or Asia for example, these type of incidents are very rampant. Hopefully, this can be solve. Although, it can't be solve at a shorter time, but it can be as long as we help each other making this right. We could start supporting them through teaching them how to live green, in Africa for instance, sunlight is abundant. We may teach them how to build their own homemade solar panels and harness the sun's energy as a source of electricity for their every day living.
