Abstract: 

The issue of gender equality has been on our agenda since the formation of COSATU. We will always be engaged in relentless efforts to fight discrimination and subordination in the federation, affiliates and in the workplace.

Thats very well written & researched i must say, I know this is a good site from the first time i visit this site. They know what people want. I dont know if there are any site like this anymore, Companies these days are using ergonomic furniture to ensure that there are no injuries from work related hazards. Use an ergonomic chair and feel better comfort in your back and shoulder, Thanks for sharing.
