Absa prides itself in being at the forefront of understanding and appreciating the role women play in the rich fabric of South African life. For this reason we constantly strive to ensure that they take their rightful place in the challenging business world. In celebration, Absa and Shoprite, have put together a series of Women Who Lead presentations and discussion sessions with some of South Africa’s most influential female leaders.

Please join us for the inaugural screening of ‘Women Leaders and the Secrets of their Success’. Maria Ramos (Absa Bank, Chief Executive Officer) and Ferial Haffajee (City Press, Editor in Chief) will head the panel of leading roleplayers which includes Suzanne Ravenall (Non executive Chairman, Effectiveness Company), Dr Namane Magau (CEO of B&D Solutions & President of the international Women’s Forum of SA (IWFSA) and Bertha Gxowa (Member of Parliament) in discussing topical issues that, we believe, will move and inspire you. The panel will be hosted by respected journalist and TV personality Lerato Mbele (Senior Business Anchor CNBC Africa).
