CAFS: Advances in Behaviour Change Communication for HIV & AIDS, TB and Malaria

This course, offered by Centre for African Family Studies (CAFS), aims to equip programme managers working in Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) programmes with skills to design and implement effective behaviour change communication interventions for HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria programmes.

Quality Management in International Health

 The Department of Tropical and Public Health at Heidelberg University is conducting an international postgraduate course on Quality Management in International Health from 5-16 July 2010 in Germany. This is a joint venture with the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ).

This course of study covers the general principles and frameworks for defining and promoting the quality of health systems and services including processes, models and tools for assuring and evaluating quality.

Training Course on Feminist Leadership 2010

Organised by The Institute of Peace, Leadership and Governance (IPLG) at Africa University and the Open Society for Southern Africa (OSISA), this training course on feminism and public policy is designed to provide a broad conceptual and practical understanding of feminism by locating it within in a pan-African discourse. According go the organisers, feminists have always vigorously contested the effects and policies designed to ameliorate women’s oppression.

FEMTECH support programmme for women technopreneurs
