Rate a political party manifesto

How would you rate the political parties manifestos for their gender content and programmes?

For instance - on health care - what does the manifesto say about providing ARV medication to HIV postitive women? And what about women who are exposed to the virus because of sexual assault? What do they say about access to reproductive health care and abortion? What about the burden on women to take care of the sick when it comes to HIV? Do they acknowledge the need to address health care needs of women? 

Does the party mention gender and/or women only, or do they have substantive content regarding how issues affect men and women differently? Are 'women's issues' conflated with those of children and the disabled - or do they recognise the very different needs of these groups of people?

Once you have read the manifesto, choose the party you are rating, and then rate - using a scale of 1 - 5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent?
