Biography:
Jennifer Radloff - Vice Chairperson – Jennifer is working with Association for Progressive Communications, a global network of civil society organisations whose mission is to empower and support organisations, social movements and individuals in and help people get access to the internet where there is none or it is unaffordable. Jennifer is responsible for coordinating capacity building for the APC Women's Networking Support Programme (APC WNSP), to help grassroots groups use the technology to develop their communities and further their rights. She is based in Cape Town and is a research associate at the African Gender Institute.
