Women Facing Problems at Work Place

Women have to face a lot of unavoidable and irresistible constraints at workplace. Some of their choices have not come without disappointment. She is a Woman! Distinctions are always made between male candidates and female candidates at workplace. The first thing one notices about a woman employee is that ’she is a woman’. They do not even think about her position and qualification. In general, people do not respect the abilities and talents in women. It takes a long time for them to succeed and get promoted. Nobody makes a single effort to understand who she really is as a person. People draw conclusions about her attitude, reputation and character the way they like. Women are always paid low in comparison to male colleagues, in spite of possessing same skills and qualification. They always need to prove themselves not only to higher authorities but also at home and society. Another problem is that women face greater difficulties when trying to balance work and family. Employment should be a must for women. If not, these women will keep on facing discrimination and will not able to achieve equality or live a decent life in the community. Women are not safe today. They have to face lots of problems at work place. Mostly, they are suffered by male colleagues at their work place. As well as, they are always paid low in comparison to male colleagues, in spite of possessing same skills and qualification.

I observed this distinction between male and women when companies want to hire new personal. I work at a peo company and I saw multiple examples of this "discrimination" that I condemn. If a woman and a man come for a job interview, the man will get the job in most cases, she won't be hired "in spite of possessing same skills and qualification". If I pass the evaluation to the company to decide, in most cases the man will be hired. I hope something will change and companies won't discriminate the women mostly because they are women.

Many women just don't like engineering or the hard sciences. I've seen some excellent female scientists as well, it's just that there aren't as many interested in the subject as men. That is the only thing that feminists have done that I think is good -- getting women the opportunity to do any job they wish and lowering the hurdles they may face out of discrimination. Everything else feminists have done have been an atrocity and crime against mankind.
