The Sawid must introduce the youth of sawid to another youth of gauteng,So that we as youth we will attend those meeting with them too.Please we dont know the challenges that you,re facing and we want to walk the road with you guys.
I've been coming to Sawid for several times but it is for the first time that I've gained something. I am going to leave the forum with ICT skills. As women I have learnt we are special,wonderful, beautiful and we are special before God, and we must pray this nation out of this mass in it.
I like to explaine first the name SAWID (South African Woman in Dialogue). At this program we talked about the woman who are not working but they afford. We find the womens whom their husband are dead, but they do afford. They do ploughing in order their children servive. They also sell that vegetables and get money to buy food for them.
We did the computer lerning at the conferance. The teachers were Keba,Evah,lebu. South African Woman in Dialogue do a lot of job for the people.
I am so glad today the 2nd of October,because I have learned how to create my own email address with the assistant of Women'sNet employees who are so patient to teach us to create it.This gave an encouragement that womens voice now are now heared, the role of the woman is no more in the kitchen only.
Thank you very much to your organisation for giving the opportunity to improve my computer skills because I was having the basic knowledge but not knowing how to use an internet.
SAWID has coordinated the annual conference starting from the 29th of September to the 3rd October 2008.
Reports and discussions were engaged upon by facilitators and participants.
Part of the conference was the celebration of the international day of the older persons.
What was more exciting was the computer training course that was facilitated by the young, intelligent and vibrants, Keba, Lebo and Eva of Women'snet.

South African women in development helped many women from different places even in rural areas who attended a women in dialogue workshop at Birchwood to have skills concerning ICT workshop. In this workshop women were taught about introduction to blogging, knowwhat an email is,introduction to computer and the background of women'net. knowledge is power and if you teach a women you educate the whole nation.
